- Product(s) can only be returned if complaints are filed within 48hours of delivery
- Request for return must be accompanied by evidence of payment
- Product(s) can be only returned if the style or size is different from the order placed
- Return shall be granted if product(s) was damaged prior to being delivered
- Return shall only be granted if product is returned in its original packaging (includes brand label, size tags, etc)
- Return is void if product(s) gets damaged while handled by the customer
- Shipping of returning product(s) is free EXCEPT if shipping was free for delivery of the product(s).
- Exchange shall only be granted if requested within 72 hours of delivery
- Request for exchange must be accompanied by evidence of payment
- All shipping cost is subject to terms of purchase.
- Refund can only be granted if a request is made within 24 hours of payment
- Request for refund must be accompanied by evidence of payment
- Refund is void if the product(s) gets damaged while handled by the customer
- Refund shall only be offered as store credits or less cost of production
- All shipping cost shall be paid by the customer when requesting for a refund
- Refund is void on product(s) on sale.
